We judge instant-win competitions on one number: how many tickets win something. The headline prize pot is usually the least useful figure on the page.
By that measure the best one open this week is Pristine Competitions’ HUGE Trailers draw: 10,000 instant prizes across 199,999 tickets, so one ticket in twenty wins. Tickets are £1.99 and the fund behind it is £250,000. The main draw is on Wednesday.
Two others made the list. Premier Prize Competitions’ Crack the £20,000 Vault at 75p was running at roughly 1 in 5 when we looked, with around 8,000 prizes unclaimed. One warning: the £20,000 is the total prize pool, not a jackpot, so check what the end draw pays before you go in. And Elite’s Car Bonanza InstaWin at 9p has a £350,000 pot of cars and cash, but ten million tickets, so treat it as a flutter rather than a strategy.
